Tribal Goods Trail helps users discover Native-owned businesses, creators, and community sellers. These terms govern your use of the Tribal Goods Trail mobile and web platforms.

User Responsibilities

• Do not impersonate Native identity or ownership.
• Do not harass, abuse, or violate others’ rights or applicable laws.

Business Listings

• Listings are published at our discretion and may be paused or removed.
• We do not guarantee accuracy; verify details directly with sellers.
• Listings may originate from users or publicly available information.

Independent Sellers

Businesses listed on Tribal Goods Trail are independent entities. Tribal Goods Trail does not supervise, endorse, or control their operations. We do not participate in transactions or assume responsibility for business practices, product safety, or regulatory compliance.

Disclaimers and Liability

• Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
• We are not responsible for interactions or transactions between users and sellers.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid to Tribal Goods Trail (typically $0).

Business Definitions & Vendor Responsibility

Listings may include LLCs, nonprofits, Tribal enterprises, and independent community sellers (salmon, jerky, beadwork, firewood, huckleberries, powwow vendors, etc.). Sellers are responsible for complying with Tribal, State, and Federal laws.

No Verification of Business Status

We do not verify business registration, Tribal enrollment, food safety permits, or authenticity of cultural items.
